I build the thing that is missing, then the team that runs it

For fourteen years my work has followed one pattern: find the gap people have learned to live with, then build the product, the team and the conviction to close it. That meant a field intelligence app before mobile was the default, pacemakers that talk to phones, a health record patients actually own, and programme functions built from nothing.

Today I am a Managing Consultant at Wipro Consulting in Bangalore, India, working across digital and procurement transformation. Alongside that, I build. The lab, the case studies and the AI-run systems on this site are my own work, built in my own time.

The view that runs through all of it: AI scales only as fast as an organisation can absorb it. Enterprises are rolling out agents, learning paths and new processes from every function at once, and the people on the receiving end are saturated. Good AI work designs for that pace instead of pretending it away.

How I work: evidence first, a clear recommendation over a menu of options, and a working prototype instead of slides whenever a prototype answers the question faster.
