Why it exists
The first weeks of a supply chain engagement are spent turning dozens of interviews into a point of view. The work is slow, and the evidence behind each conclusion is easy to lose. DISCERN does the synthesis while keeping every claim tied to its source.
What was built
- A multi-pass pipeline that reads interview transcripts and maps problems, hypotheses, levers and value hypotheses.
- Domain packs for procurement, planning, fulfilment and operations.
- Trust features: verbatim quote extraction, immutable snapshots and pseudonymised speakers.
- A programme and SOW view with deterministic fee computation.
- A companion field manual for consultants using it.
What is still open
A public demo running on the fully synthetic test client is in preparation. The build itself stays private.
