The Procurement Codex

A reference library that builds, checks and publishes itself, one source-to-pay step per episode.

15episodes
$0running cost
1publish gate

Why it exists

Procurement is usually taught tool by tool. Clients buy outcomes across the whole chain, from intake to spend intelligence. I wanted one ordered system that shows every step first as a concept, then across platforms, then layered with process mining, intelligence, orchestration and people.

What was built

  • A fifteen-step source-to-pay spine, one episode per step, each with a platform comparison, a layer view and a scenario quiz.
  • Content stored as data, with the template and comparison engines built once, so a new episode is one file.
  • A self-check gate that must pass before anything publishes.

What is still open

Platform scores are directional and refreshed each cycle; they are a learning aid, not a vendor evaluation.
