Why it exists

I wanted to test a claim I make to clients: that AI can run recurring operational work if the boundaries are designed first. So I built a real business to run that way. unai-labs.com sells plain-language courses on AI literacy, neuroplasticity and brain health.

What was built

A WordPress, Tutor LMS and WooCommerce store with four paid courses and a blog across three content pillars.
An agent operating model: each sprint starts by checking the live site against the log, does the highest-value unblocked work, and ends by updating a running backlog.
A full content audit every fifth sprint: posts, courses, products and pages checked against the live site.
A decision backlog that separates what the agent may do from what only I may decide.

What is still open

The payment gateway is not yet connected, by design: it needs my credentials. Four finished blog posts wait for an admin session the agent is not allowed to create for itself.
